The Charles River Laboratories (CRL) facility is located at 299 Ballardvale Street in Wilmington, MA, just steps away from CRL’s headquarters campus. The space houses sophisticated lab and R&D facilities serving various research functions for CRL. Berkeley secured the tenant, negotiated and structured the lease, and served as owner construction manager for the construction of the facility.
