In partnership with Global Gate Capital, Berkeley repositioned the five-building portfolio, developing a new phase of 63 residential units, renovating apartments and common spaces, and upgrading portfolio’s the exterior campus. The residential buildings offer a wide variety of high-quality finish package options within the units and boasts direct waterfront views and access to ample outdoor space specially designed for both residents and their pets.
