343 Congress Street

Built in 1888 as stables, 343 Congress is now one of the most desirable office addresses in the Fort Point Channel District. This 111,000 square foot Romanesque Revival building was transformed into a mixed-use, Class A property including office and retail space as well as parking. As a part of further repositioning the asset, Berkeley successfully turned the building into a culinary destination, with two popular restaurant and bar concepts, Tavern Road and Pastoral, creating excitement and drawing patrons to their ground level locations. Berkeley successfully sold the property in late 2015.
